I love Next Gen Pianos! After I was told we could no longer hold recitals at our local church, I was stuck! Thankfully a friend knew of the recital hall through Next Gen and we were scone to find a time for our recital. The location is great and the building is nice! I was so excited my students would be able to perform and showcase their music on a grand piano! The seats were nice and comfortable and it was so nice to be able to just show up and not have to set up chairs. We have been there ever since and I have loved working with the staff there they are wonderful!

They were very helpful when I was looking into getting a new piano for my church. They've also been a great help to several of my students who were looking to get either their first piano or to upgrade to a higher quality instrument.

I called Tim at Next Gen Pianos to ask about my options on pianos. He gave me several options and told me about all of the different brands and models that he could provide. After some debate I settled on the Yamaha CLP 765. Tim said that he could help me save some money on it. So I ordered the piano as a Christmas gift for my wife. I probably waited a little too long to comfortably get it by Christmas but I told them that I was really hoping that it could be there. I received notification that it had shipped and was given contact information for the shipping company. After a few days the shipper said that it wouldn't be delivered until after Christmas. While I was sweating that I wouldn't get here in time the shipper emailed me and said that it would be delivered 2 days before Christmas. It got here when they said and the driver dropped it right at the bottom of our stairway. I called Tim in a panic because I certainly couldn't get a 500 pound piano crate up the steps by myself. He said that he could find someone in my area that could move it inside and assemble it. He had a company call me within a few hours. I set up an appointment with them and these very nice guys came out and had it in the house and placed it the living room right where I wanted it and cleaned up and were gone before my wife got home. I had unfortunately vented my stress on Tim, which I really shouldn't have, but he came through like a champ. He kept me semi calm and did what he could from his end to help make everything work out perfectly. My wife was thrilled with the piano, and Tim helped make me look like a hero for getting it for her. My anxiety aside, it was a great experience from start to finish. I probably wouldn't be spending that kind of money on another musical instrument any time soon but when I do I will definitely call Tim at Next Gen Pianos. That being said I can confidently recommend Next Gen to anyone wanting to purchase a new piano. Thanks Tim and Thanks Next Gen Pianos.
