I had what I thought was a complicated question but Micah understood, answered, and did a great job explaining features and differences between pianos in an easy to understand way. He helped me with pricing and shipping and got me our perfect piano months quicker and significantly cheaper than my local piano store. I’m very happy and proud to have gotten our piano from this company.

Super fast delivery. Amazing piano for great price. I did mine do research and it’s one of the best digital pianos on the market. End it feels and sounds like a real grand piano With ability to record/compose music on PC

Since I previously had a Clavinova, I felt very confident ordering it online. No hassles and the price was great. You do have to put it together but it was very easy.

Had a great experience with The Piano Guys through the whole process, and great customer service with keeping me updated on my order (that was delayed due to manufacturer backorder). I would definitely shop with The Piano Guys as our CSP170 has been great, shipped without any issues, and came with some nice extras.
